How much do you charge ?
We offer competitively priced services with clear and transparent session rates, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. You can pay per session without committing to a contract, with session fees ranging from £45 to £70.
- Unemployed Individual – £45 per 50min sessions
- Individual – £50 per 50 minute sessions
- Couples / family – £70 per 1 hour sessions
How are sessions carried out ?
All sessions are carried out via online platforms telephone or video, providing you with convenient and flexible access to our services from the comfort of your own home. This approach ensures that you can receive the support you need without the hassle of travel, fitting seamlessly into your schedule. Our secure and confidential online environment is designed to make you feel safe and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.
Our therapists are fully qualified professionals
All counsellors/Psychotherapists and Tutors are fully qualified professionals but also experienced in what they do with a minimum of three years of experience. Our therapists also receive ongoing continual professional development ensuring that you receive the most effective and compassionate support available.

Absolutely, our services are available to individual / Couples from all backgrounds, regardless of religious affiliation. We are committed to providing inclusive and non-discriminatory support to anyone seeking assistance with their mental health and well-being. Our therapists are trained to respect and accommodate diverse cultural and religious beliefs, ensuring that you receive personalized and culturally sensitive care tailored to your needs.
Is it Confidential ?
We work according to British Association for Online Islamic Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethical Framework (BACP). The content of your discussion with the counsellor will be treated as confidential and not discussed outside the counselling room.
The only exception to this:
- If your counsellor is concerned that there is a substantial risk of harm to yourself or others
- All counsellors receive regular supervision in which they consult with a qualified consultant supervisor in order to ensure that the counsellor is working both to ethical standards and therapeutically. If your counsellor talks about your situation to his/her supervisor, it will be in a way that does not identify you. Your counsellor’s supervisor is also bound by the BACP Ethical Framework.
