Mediation
Mediation Counselling for Muslims is an effective way of resolving disputes. It involves an independent third party (the Mediator) in helping two or more individuals or groups reach a solution that is acceptable to everyone, without the need for going to court. Sakoon takes on the role of mediator, we talk to both sides separately or together. Mediators do not make judgements or decisions, they are simply responsible for effective communication to find the underlying reason for the dispute.
Mediation can be used in a whole range of situations such as:
- Divorce / Separation
- Couple Mediation
- Family disputes
- Neighbourly disputes
- Cultural disputes
Mediation Counselling for Muslims puts you in control, it is a confidential service, voluntary, unbiased and less stressful then going to court.
We also offer training in Mediation and have provided training in mediation to charity organisations. If you are an organisation or individual and think mediation is for you, then contact us.
